Three upcoming indie games from Tiny Teams 2026 that you need to know about

All of these games are featured in the Tiny Teams Steam festival meaning they’ve been made by small studios and solo game developers! Check out the festival page here to find more hidden indie gems.

Truckful is an adventure driving game where not all is what it seems. Even just a couple of minutes into the demo you get a flavour of what this game is all about and its so intriguing.

Seriously, I gasped in surprise in the first 5 mins. You’re exploring and delivering parcels, but there's an ancient mystery unravelling too. Highly recommend, and this one has a demo for you to play now!

Stickerino

Stickerino is a fun take on the roguelike deckbuilder genre where you get points by playing a card that has similarities to the card in play - kinda like Uno but with more things than just colours, numbers, and symbols.

As you play you add sticker modifiers to your cards and tokens called Monstraks that all boost your score. It’s easy to pick up but I imagine there's sooo much depth to sink your teeth into with this one, plus the art style is very mesmerising, I'm obsessed with the wizards shop animation. This one also has a demo to try!

Honcho

Now there's not a demo for this game yet but every clip that comes up on my socials feeds has me chomping at the screen.

From the developers that brought you Jalopy and Landlord’s Super, in Honcho you have a kei truck that you customise and use to deliver packages to grow your business.

You play as Keiko, a young girl who has been thrown right into the middle of trying to replace her grandfather's spot in Japan's financial elite. Honestly, i’m just dying to drive around in rural Japan so Honcho went straight on my wishlist!
