This year, we celebrate our 7th Tiny Teams festival and all the amazing micro studios making brilliant indie games. Here at Yogscast Games, we’re shouting out about some of our own titles with some exciting updates, all made by tiny dev teams as well!
🕵🏽 Dupery Demo Update - Scandal Set
You’re a detective in a city overrun by the Syndicate, trying to solve cases and uncover their mastermind so you can put an end to their reign, all in a noir setting. The Dupery demo is bringing in a new set of rotating roles during Tiny Teams - the Scandal Set! The updated demo also features the new Leads system, replacing the old case selection system!

🪐 Glory on Pluto Demo Overhaul
Ever wanted to build a rocket engine? Better yet.. Ever wanted to fuel a rocket engine with wacky stuff, like mushrooms or vegetables? And then use that rocket fuelled with wacky items and chaotic builds to get yourself to Pluto and beyond? Look no further than the new Glory on Pluto demo update!

🥽 The Subminer Playtests Open!
As humanity’s final resort, you must journey to the depths of the ocean on Enceladus to mine the resources that Earth needs to survive. Beware, the ocean is filled with monsters and secrets. Find out what happened to the Enceladus research base that was on the moon before you and bring back what the world so desperately needs. Playtest sign-ups are still open through the weekend, so sign-up if you’d like a chance to see the early versions of the game!

🎮 Tiny Teams 2026 is Live!
Tiny Teams is back this year with loads of indie gems for you to try out! With around 200 games and demos for you to play across several categories, there’s something for everyone! Tiny Teams is an annual indie game festival shining the spotlight on exciting games created by a core team of five or fewer people. These range from some of the world’s best-known indie titles, to up-and-coming games developed by solo devs and tiny studios.
2026 will be Tiny Teams’ seventh year, with previous years’ festivals serving as a great platform for players to discover upcoming games that have gone on to achieve great success, including PlateUp!, PEAK and Escape the Backrooms.
The festival takes place on Steam, with selected games appearing on our featured sale page. Additionally, there will be a range of content on YouTube and Twitch, with a full week of Tiny Teams games played on the Yogscast Twitch and YouTube channels, plus opportunities for other content creators to get involved.
